A flat, thick slice of Transvaal Jade, up to palm size, with a smooth banded face and rougher natural edges. The colour is a light to medium sage green, scattered with fine, irregular black flecks and showing subtle parallel striations or a fibrous grain across the top surface. The flat cut face makes these slices well suited to display, wrapping or lapidary work.
